How we work

Prior to commencing any kind of renovation we will meet with you and spend ample time on discussing the works to be carried out. Soon after meeting you, we will submit you a detailed offer electronically – and if you agree we will mobilise the team to start the works as soon as you are ready. The estimates we will provide you with accurate and firm estimates.

If you do not agree with the budget, we’ll be happy to meet with you and look at the ways of possibly reducing costs, in order to try to find a solution that works for you.

The cost of the renovation work will depend on the condition of the existing structure, the extent of the work to be done and local labour and material prices. Costs of finishes and fixtures vary widely.
